Family Therapy Clinic of Louisiana, LLC is an outpatient mental health clinic providing a wide range of Telehealth Services for Louisiana residents. For more than twenty-five years our clinic has served the needs of Louisiana communities with professional and compassionate services. We offer a variety of services including mental health counseling, psychological testing, and medication management for mental health conditions.
We also offer life and business coaching services for individuals and companies who seek professional guidance, but do not need mental health counseling or testing services. These various services, often found in multiple independent outpatient practices, are housed within our one facility allowing us to provide the highest level of service and convenience for our clients.

Services
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Appointments cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice will be subject to a $50.00 late cancel fee. Exceptions will be considered for significant illness or emergency.
Dr. Duchmann completed his internship training at the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Medicine in 1990, and received his Ph. D. in Clinical Psychology from Louisiana State University in 1992. He also completed a Masters in Clinical Psychopharmacology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Dr. Duchmann is licensed as a Medical Psychologist by the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners and prescribes medication for a variety of mental health conditions.He has extensive training and experience in the behavioral assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders and eating disorders.

We encourage our existing patients to use the Patient Portal for more secure and timely communications. You can request new appointments, contact the front office, request medication refills, or communicate directly with your provider. Patients can also download the app "FTCLA" for iPhone or Android to request appointments, send and receive messages, and access other health information.
