Benjamin has been a CPA since 2000 after graduating from Griffith University in Australia with a Bachelor in Science-his major in Accounting & Finance. Stay away! Not worth the potential downsides. Brian Odo did my corporate taxes for 5 years, at first he was great but he eventually flat out flaked in the middle of doing my 2020 taxes. I had to file an extension and find a new accountant at the last minute. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when I received a letter from the state claiming my state return from 2018 had never been filed. Dealing with Brian has been difficult to say the least, he has offered very little guidance and seems to forget what we talked about before. I have tried to reach him by phone but he’s unavailable then returns my

Benjamin is thorough, patient, never made us feel rushed and answered all our questions. Amazing value for such knowledgeable and complete tax laws including international investments outside of U.S. Efficient answers by email and explained everything. I wish i could be satisfied, but the accountant i worked with there was everything but diligent. Disappears for weeks with no answer, does everything last minute and actually got me a late penalty fee. Never follows up with you. Literally spend 400 dollars to loose even more in late payment fees, when i sent him all he needed way before the deadline. When I asked for him to look into this, he then again disappeared for weeks with no answer. Our tax return was very simple, it's just not acceptable.

I was referred to B.O.L. Global, Inc by a close friend at a time when was in need of a Tax Accountant. The tax deadline was near and I didn't have a lot of time to get my tax filing in. Tony took on my case and really took the time to get my taxes done. When finished he walk me through step by step on what he did to make sure that I understood and agree prior to submission. In addition, I asked Tony to review my tax returns that I did on my own in prior years and we found additional money that I should have received due to my own errors. My experience was mixed at BOL Global. I can attest that the tax preparation was very professional, timely and helpful. However, the way that the office is managed and appointments are handled needs improvement. Upon my first appointment, I was told that I did not have an appointment and the original person that I spoke to was not there and the person with whom I had the appointment was switched to another person. There did not appear to be a main person who was scheduling and organizing appointments and new business. I left, feeling quite embarrassed, thinking that it was my mistake only to return
