A Court Will Only Modify the Parenting Plan if the ParentsAgree to the Change or if you Prove that a Substantial Change in Circumstances Has Occurred. If you and the other parent agree that a Parenting Plan should be modified, William Buchanan can prepare the agreed Parenting Plan and submit it to the court for you.
To ask a court to either increase or decrease a child support obligation, you must prove to the court that a substantial change in circumstances has occurred. For example, if you were paying child support and your child moves in with you, you have the right to ask the court to enter an order directing the other parent to pay child support to you.

I have worked with Mr. Buchanan for over 15 years, both with will/estate planning and most recently a prolonged and complicated divorce. In every interaction he is thorough in his analysis, and his advocacy for your goal set is clearly his passion. He requires a certain level of patience as he works through all the angles of your case, but this is expected from such an experienced and knowledgeable lawyer. He has an upfront, clear fee structure and most importantly an absolute fidelity for his clients interests. Highly recommended.

My first counseling with Bill (William) was in the month of Oct’2017. Right from the outset, I found Bill to be professional and systematic - he explained me the legal procedures in sufficient details (and in a way that I could understand them to my satisfaction); cadence of events and rough timelines around them; and the documents that would be required of me and the legal documentation that he and his office would prepare on my behalf. After talking-to and evaluating a few more lawyers in the area, I was convinced that Bill would be represent me the best, following which I hired him.

The man was lazy and a thief. Completely bowed down to the judge and the opposition. Ignored everything I asked him to do and decided that he knew what was best. He ruined my life and I hope that you don't fall for this scam artist. He takes vacations without telling you and is a thief!!! He might do good for an easy case but I imagine he cruised though school and his daddy and mommy paid for all of it cause he is a lazy child. so don't expect him to do any good for you if he cant simply google the answers.
