The Dr. Was very nice and spent time with me. But, in the middle of my scans the insurance girl came and told me that my out of pocket was $350. Would have preferred to know that before the appointment. When I checked out my bill was just shy of $500 with NO treatment. Very angry that they didn't discuss that before hand. I really didn't have $500 to drop that day. Very poor on their part. Prepare to spend A LOT of money if you go here .

Amazing dentist! I hate going to the dentist so much that the last time I went was in the Navy many years ago. I walked into Dr Laughlin office to deal with some tooth discomfort and was very surprised. The staff was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. Dr. Laughlin and his amazing staff have earned a patient for life!

TERRIBLE!!! Charges for unnecessary procedures and after messing up my teeth and causing an infection & fractures 2 teeth, making me spend THOUSANDS at another dentist fixing what Dr. Laughlin screwed up... they will not return my phone calls. PLEASE do not put yourself or your family through what I went through!

I recently moved to TX and researched dentists on-line. During the new patient exam, Dr. Laughlin claimed I had periodontal disease. The treatment would be STEM cleaning to remove it, antibiotics, and quarterly cleanings. I was quite surprised as exams at my old dentist did not show any disease. The cost of the cleaning would be $600 after insurance, plus my insurance only pays for cleanings twice a year. I wanted a 2nd opinion and that dentist did not find any disease. Prior to the 2nd opinion, I called Dr. Laughlin's office to get a copy of the X-rays taken during the new patient
