Delicious experience! Nothing extraordinary. We ordered sushi. I would have given 5 stars had my iced tea not gone empty and had to wait to long for a refill.
$50 for 2 sushi rolls, a sushi appetizer, 2 waters and an iced tea.

Very average. It's a bit pricey but I do understand being in the mall isn't cheap. Good drinks from the bar. Pad Thai didnt taste right...but I can't pinpoint what was off. General Tso was tasty but too many small pieces which means very little chicken. Overall, I wouldn't return. Oh
...and the place has a weird smell to it as well. Conversely, a couple of my kids like it and return frequently.

I've eaten here 4 or 5 times now. Its been great every time. I haven't had the hibachi but their sushi is really good, and I love the fried rice. Friendly staff, good food, and lots of drink options from the bar.

I eat here fairly often and I have never been disappointed with the food. Everything is always fresh and nicely plated. The sushi always tastes amazing. The service is amazing. They are always so sweet and accommodating - no matter how busy they are. Their miso soup is my favorite, and I certainly recommend trying the September Blossom Roll, the Coconut Shrimp Roll, and the Sweet Heart Roll.
Their Chinese food is also very good, which says a lot because I'm not big on Chinese food. My husband, however, loves Chinese food and especially theirs.

My fiance took me here for a lunch date. I've never been here it was my first time. Amazing experience. Fun. Safe. Food😍 the adults drinks😘 would definitely come here again. Oh and there homemade salad dressing 😍 tastes soooo good

One of my favorite places to eat in Lancaster! I always enjoy the food and the atmosphere is great too. Definitely the best hibachi style food in the area! My mouth is watering just thinking about their incredible fried rice. Can’t wait until my next visit!

Was a good show and good food BUT no foods for ppl with peanut allergy or egg allergy. Did allow food brought in for grp member w food allergy.

Great food, great showmanship by the chef and great customer service. We were a group of 7 and everyone enjoyed the food and performance from the chef. If you are into Hibachi style restaurants and like Asain style food, this is the restaurant for you.

Wish I could give this a negative. My daughter is so sick after eating here that she has thrown up at least 28 times in the 2 1/2 hours since she left the restaurant. Never again. Never

Love the atmosphere. Food is fresh and amazing. Great specialty cocktails. Beer on draft. Even the napkins are thick and soft. Definitely coming back.

We come here for dinner a few times a month. The staff is nice, the ambiance is family friendly. Sushi is consistently good.

I have come here probably 5 times now and I've eaten at the hibachi and at a regular dining table. I've never had to wait for a table or seat here every time I come for dinner but usually if the hibachi is full, I will settle for a table. The hibachi right now during this time is reservation only because they can't just seat people next to each other.

The times I've eaten at the hibachi it's always entertaining and I like how nice the cooks always are. You get a decent amount of food along with the soup (clear soup is given but you can ask for miso instead if you want

The review below was from late June 2019. I stand by these statements about food quality... however after a visit today, early January 2020, I'd say I was pretty disappointed at how rushed everything was. They were not overly busy. We were walk-ins, their hibachi stations were full or turning over at about a 50% occupancy rate.... but we arrived, ordered appetizers, a couple cocktails and hibachi plates for 2 adults and two 12-year old girls (who ordered off the regular menu plus added noodle sides!) and we received all of it and were at chef grill scrub down in 30 mins. This was way rushed

I have been to many hibachi-style restaurants. It isn't bad, but not a knock out of the park either. The staff was very friendly and helped accommodate our needs. The food was on par, but not amazing. I was disappointed in the ginger dressing on the salad.

Sushi was EXCELLENT! BUT our main courses were sub par, thus giving this place 3 stars. Beef was super tough and vegetables weren't cooked very well.

I'll stick with the sushi bar in the future

Was vacationing in Lancaster PA and saw the great reviews of this place so figured I'd check it out with the family! Very nice ambiance! Super friendly service! I thought the food was very good! Went with the fillet mignon and chicken and all the fixings! Definitely not as good as New York but like I said very good! I'm very particular about my ginger dressing with the salad it was just OK a little bit on the creamy side, the miso soup lacked flavor but was still satisfying,the chef we had was very entertaining and I definitely walked out full! I recommend this place if you are in the

Had a great dining experience at Shogun. Was waiting for my phone to get fixed and this was in walking distance. Wasn't super hungry, I mostly wanted to pass time and try something more unique than a mall food court restaurant. Ordered a couple of the vegetarian rolls, one was this pickle roll that was very simple, but so tasty! I also had the sweet potato roll, yum! The combo hit the spot. Light but filling at the same time. Server was also very nice.
