The first visit includes an examination, cleaning and fluoride treatment. I try my best to keep the visit simple and fun so if your child is apprehensive, I will keep the first visit as simple as an examination only. Bill Johnson’s pediatric dentist office is extremely impatient and hostile towards their patients. There are no principles of customer service whatsoever at this dental office. As a parent, we become busy and make mistakes— we’re not perfect. I called in to apologize and reschedule for an appointment and got dehumanized for making an earnest mistake. The person working in the front office was extremely disrespectful to me, a patient of several years, and snarked at me with a condescending tone. There was a message in the answering machine that said call promptly at 8am I did , then there was another message giving me a Drs phone number , I left a message that did not get returned , so I went to the office the next morning with an emergency broke tooth and filling coming out they would not see me , said they only have one adult dentist.

Drs. William and Samantha Johnson were great with my kids--very friendly and good at putting them at ease. My oldest didn't want to go, but once we got there it took almost no time for him to warm up. My other child has been nervous at the dentist before, but that was not an issue! We were in and out very quickly. I don't know whether they have all the latest technology, but it's not a bad thing to not have extra products and procedures pushed during the appointment.

Wonderful dentist! He and his daughter Samantha are absolutely awesome. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve seen him since I was 4 years old... a little over 20 years and now I see his daughter! He still sees all of my siblings and my son. I recommend him to everyone! Super friendly and knowledgeable!

Dr. Johnson is AMAZING he is so good with the children and he makes the typical anxiety about seeing the dentist a non issue. My kids look forward to their exams there! His staff members are friendly and professional they are pleasant on the phone and in person and I cannot say enough about how great this place is I would highly recommend his office for anyone needing a peds dentist!
