Peter joined Dudley & Lake, LLC after a 12 year partnership with Sullivan, Smith, Hauser & Noonan, Ltd. Peter has long been recognized for his excellence in the field of both worker's compensation and personal injury. He has represented injured workers throughout the State of Illinois and has successfully prosecuted claims on behalf of victims of negligent conduct.
Samantha Sindles is an associate at the firm's Libertyville office. Samantha Sindles received her law degree at DePaul University College of Law in 1992 and obtained her bachelor's degree from Northwestern University in 1989. Samantha Sindles has years of experience representing personal injury clients in cases such as medical malpractice actions, wrongful death claims, and catastrophic auto collisions.
Dan is an associate at Dudley & Lake and works out of the firm's Libertyville office. Dan has been an associate at Dudley & Lake since 2014 after serving as a law clerk for the firm throughout law school. Dan devotes his entire practice to representing injured individuals and families in the Chicagoland area and collar counties, as well as counties in Central Illinois.

Went in and talked to the lawyer after other lawyers said they could not really do anything with my injury case and at most get me $10,000. Fought it out with these guys and they got me what I deserved.
These guys didn’t accept the small funds that were thrown at me, they got almost $250K for me.
