In simplest terms, a subluxation is when one or more of the bones of your spine (vertebrae) move out of position and put pressure on spinal nerves. Spinal nerves are the nerves that come out from between each of the bones in your spine. This pressure or irritation on the nerves then causes those nerves to malfunction and interfere with the signals traveling to and from the brain and the body.

Zook Chiropractic is a Godsend. The staff made me feel like I was the only client and treated me like family. Dr. Zook was very pro "Total Health"...body mind and spirit. He took extra time to ask me about problem areas and things they could do to help improve my entire fitness. He never rushed to adjust! It is a real blessing to have a Dr. truly listen and not just ask questions to make it seem they are interested. I can't thank him and his staff enough for all they do to keep me healthy.

Thankful to have such a caring chiropractic family to help with my overall health! Dr. Zook is honest and down-to-earth. I was always leary of Chiropractic care, but I remembered riding with my Mom when she went when I was Younger. When I became interested now that I'm older and have aches and pains, I started looking into it. I was nervous at first, but Dr Zook and the staff here are welcoming and friendly. I had shoulder pain that was an everyday occurrence, after just a few months of care my shoulder pain is gone. Even now that I'm only going monthly I feel better with every visit. My mom has even started coming to see Dr Zook. Simple, Amazing Care.

Shooting pain down my right leg, pt helped but pain persisted. Was trying to see a surgeon but friends told me their successes. Initial xray showed problems in neck middle and lower back. 15 treatments in and pain down leg is gone. Both hands fingers numb, had carpal tunnel release years ago but was only a partial success...20 treatments and I can feel again! Lower back is getting better, i had to discover what I was doing to misalignment it. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, both doctors are outstanding!
