Our service technicians provides contract service, maintenance, replacement and retrofit of air-conditioning, plumbing systems and equipment. This includes maintenance on chillers, cooling towers, boilers, air handlers, pumps, heat pumps, split systems, packaged units, chilled water, heating hot water and steam piping systems, and potable systems as well.
AIR WEST MECHANICAL is a bonded 8(a) federal contractor with a NAICS code of 238220 and 541330. We employ our own Contractor Quality Managers, Superintendents, and Site and Safety Health Officers to provide a construction management team for any task or project requirement.
Our list of current federal government clients are GSA Los Angeles, West LA and Laguna Niguel; NAVFAC Southwest Naval Base Ventura County Plumbing IDIQ; Edward AFB; LA AFB; MCRD; Aerospace, US Forest Service, and USACE Encino.

The USACE EM-385 is the Governing form of authority on most Naval Facilities in regards to Safety. All construction activities on all of Air West Mechanical projects will strictly adhere to all base safety requirements. The IIP Program Administrator is responsible for preparing site-specific safety policies that provide comprehensive protection.
