Although I did not hire them for my home improvement project, definitely considering them for my future projects. Armando was very professional and attentive. He answered my questions and texts within a couple hours. He also tried to meet my pricing goals, but I decided on another project versus the one I was getting quoted on. Keep up the good work!

During the lockdown, I decided to do at least something productive and remodel a couple of my rooms. I planned to do it a while ago, bit never had enough time. I heard about Leyva Construction previously that they have great taste in interior design and the most important - get the job done. Or meeting went smoothly - Armando was bringing good ideas to the table, I was satisfied when I received their drafts and plan for work. We had 2 weeks worth of work done on our house by Levya Construction. The work varied from plumbing (with a new tankless water heater) to structural changes (with removing a wall and adding a reinforcing beam). We were very impressed by Armando's professionalism, communication, and honesty. The agreed budget remained the same from start to finish and there were no surprises. We will definitely be using their services again for future construction on our home!
