I called this morning to have my loan servicer updated. I was berated for not calling earlier and the service rep hung up the phone on me while we were still talking. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I guarantee that when you do business with them, they will never be at fault. Do not do business with this office.

I truly enjoy being a State Farm Insurance customer and here is why. The staff is very accommodating. Every time I contact the office I get excellent customer service. There has been a time when I needed information for tax purposes and this office provide the information immediately. I will continue to refer the Margie Parker Office, to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work. It is appreciated.

DO not purchase insurance or do business with this office or State Farm as a whole. On 11/21/17 I was contacted about a discount review. At the meeting set to discuss thees discounts, I was casually made aware of a 45% increase in rates from 85$ to 130$. The employees of this office have defended their rate hike by offering to waive personal injury protections. This would mean that if I were involved in an accident I would not be eligible to have my medical bills covered in exchange for ten twenty dollars worth of savings. Absolute incompetence and shady business practices here. LOOK ELSEWHERE
