Beaches Construction
Beaches evolved thru a series of companies. The first 16 years started in sales and management with PPG (Pittsburgh Paints) industrial and architectural coatings. When changing sides of the sales counter, we started a painting business called "The Paint Expert" we also, designed, built and sold an estimating guide software called "Paint Bid".

The software followed the PDCA (Painting and Decorating Contractors of America) estimating guide, prior to Windows. The company name for "Paint Bid" was TPE Estimating. After receiving our Certified Florida Builders License CBC 059131 we changed "The Paint Expert" to TPE Structures, Inc. to help build the structural repairs and waterproofing portion of the company.

Just wanted to spread the good word about Beaches Construction and Ken Karr - these guys are great to work with, do outstanding work, and stand behind their work 100%. We hired the company to do a relatively minor concrete girder repair job a couple of years ago that experienced some complications recently, Ken sent his best concrete guy (Josh) out to our jobsite (over 1 hour away) for several days in order to fix the issue. Josh was extremely conscientious and did great work on the repair and improvement, and the repair job now looks better than ever. They didn't charge us a dime even though it

Beaches Construction recently did the waterproofing on a house we are building in Carillon Beach. They were easy to work with and did a fabulous job. We even received a phone call from the owner of the company because one of the other subcontractor just finished pouring a concrete sidewalk and did not put up caution tape. He wanted us to know before it dried that someone stepped in it! That was really nice and saved us big time!!Thanks
