Marchello's is good Italian comfort classics with some delicious one-of-a-kind dishes. We love the cherry sauce on the cherry cheesecake; it's the best. The only quibble I have - the inconsistent size of cheesecake slices between visits.
They have transitioned to a take-out only model during Covid, so please support one of the few remaining local Italian restaurants.

So you want a review. I'll give you a review. I worked recently for this owner of Marcellos restaurant. Don't get me wrong the place has decent food but behind the scenes I wouldn't eat the food if it was free. The kitchen is diabolically unsanitary and needs a good deep clean. But really on a personal level that is irrelevant as to why I'm writing this post. I am appalled by the way I gave my all to this man that runs Marcellos (still uncertain if his "real" name), did my duties as a cook and worked. Was forced as a man to walk away before things spiralled outta control being highly disrespected

Excellent food. Staff was friendly. Was good to see the owner cooking. Take out only right now. No dine in.

I tried to order for take out, and the person on the phone was very rude. Plain and simple. I got a "what do you want"?
Also, you can't get a pasta dinner for four....
I can spend $44 on a half pan of pasta which serves 12 I was told, or get 4 single plates of the same pasta for the same price. Doesn't make sense.

Smells delicious and fine food. Although, it seemed kind of disorganized; there appeared to be 3 people working on the same task: packaging to-go orders. I waited for a seemingly long time for my order as well, and due to the lack of indoor seating and odd stares from the manager, it was awkward to say the least.

We catered Marchello's for our wedding. We were expecting around 150 people and got plenty of pizzas. We also did a few appetizers as well. Everyone liked the food. I was pleased! Mickey is a hoot and glad I was able to find a local pizza place to cater.

I know you got the salmon Tuscan I am the other salmon the blackened salmon that in the pasta is so good love the place been around since the 90s when I was in high school love this joint

Crab cakes? Fantastic! It comes with a white sauce and cheese. The fresh dough hand pressed pizza? Amazing! It's not tough and not too soft. It's cooked in a slow moving oven and it was not under done. Every pizza is made to order. The pasta salad is light and not drenched in dressing. The seafood ravioli was absolutely delicious. The portion for the pasta is light and moderate, but with the flavor, I honestly wished I ordered a second one. That statement goes with all the food I had there. There's also cute elderly men making and creating the food. I wish I had them as my grandfather(s) because

The food is really great here and the prices are good but the service is terrible. I’ve ordered several times and pretty much every time they’re slow to answer the phone, have a long hold when they do and have… frequently been rude.
It’s also not uncommon for them to promise 45 minute deliveries (which is crazy to begin with) and the delivery to take over an hour. The food often arrives cold (but can usually be warmed up pretty easily and is still good).
Also, a couple times they’ve delivered the wrong food or forgotten something. Once when I was handed my take out

Terrible customer service manger was rude and basically told me to deal with it even though they got my order wrong. Told me they are too busy to handle my wrong order lol won't be back and want to tell people DONT ORDER FROM HERE ITS HORRIBLE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!

The Lei-ton calzone! I ate half for lunch yesterday, just reheated and ate the other half today. It was even more delicious!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Poor customer service. employees got our order wrong and acted like it was our fault they got it wrong. employees were very sarcastic and rude towards the situation.

Carry out was ready in 20 minutes, packaging was perfect kept pasta warm and salad cold. Nice cutlery and napkins provided. Best marinara I’ve had. Nice portions, well seasoned! Cheesecake rocked as well. Try the lasagna.

The food was very tasty. Nice little Neighborhood Place. We didn't have the pizza, though I've heard great things about it. Most of the dishes are prepared in large bowls and cooked by running them through a pizza oven. Pros and cons to that method but the dishes come out cooked and tasty in the end. All in all a great experience. I'll be bringing back more family members in the future.
