After 5 long years, I decided to pay a visit to the dentist because ironically, the pandemic hit, and life slowed down just a little bit. This gave me time to take care of myself, health and needs. It's funny how things work out this way.
Well, I knew I needed a lot of work since it has been forever. Since my initial appointment got canceled due to the shutdown, I called again in June and was able to get an appointment right away. I am usually weary of dentist offices, but even in the midst of a pandemic, I felt very welcomed and safe here.

The facilities are set with modern equipment, and generally had a pleasant atmosphere. The front desk person was attentive and welcoming. Dr. Ferdie was eager to educate me about the importance of dental care and how to prevent cavities. I would definitely recommend this dental office to my friends and family. \(^_^)/

TLDR: Unprofessional staff who make appointments or any other requests a real headache. Friendly staff and great dentist but good luck with making an appointment because you will most likely have to bend over backwards trying to make one. If you have all the time in the world then go ahead and go here, if you're like 80 percent of everyone else who have time commitments then definitely don't go here.

I've been coming to Castillo Dentistry since 2000. My family and I are happy with the service we have always been given, the professionalism from both Dr. Ferdi & Dr. Regina.
I've had different insurances throughout the years & I've never had any problems with being "outside" of network or coverage.
My kids also come here (now teens) and they've always provide great care to them as well.

I didn't even get to experience their service I'm writing this review solely on the fact that I made an appointment,they called me to confirm my appointment, which I confirmed. Then the day of my appointment comes and i show up to the clinic just to find out the lady didn't actually make my appointment she put me on the waiting list. dude I called back and I keep getting different ladies in the only thing that these ladies have in common is that they don't speak very good English. Well actually that's an understatement their English is so broken that I could not believe

I started going to Castillo Dentistry since I moved to the Bay three years ago. The front office staff is very friendly and informative. I never had a problem making an appt, rescheduling an appt, or being seen last minute for a toothache. They always put me at ease making me forget what I'm there for.

I have been going here for the past few years and I have never had a complaint. Front desk personnel is very friendly and easy to work with. I have seen both Dr. Ferdinand and Dr. Regina and they have been very thorough with the health of my teeth and gums on my visits. Definitely recommend this place!

After being fitted for veneers we were told it would take 2 weeks for them to arrive. We paid upfront, a substantial amount of money, in order to receive a discount. Exactly 2 weeks later we received a call from the dentist office saying that the lab needed the molds redone. Further, we have been told that it will take an additional 2 weeks for our veneers after we come in to have the molds redone. I will update this post as the process continues.

Horrible! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
I was told I needed a bunch of fillings when Ive never had issues with any of my teeth before. I did the fillings and a year later they chipped and started hurting. Got them redone elsewhere and they were done perfectly. Also got invisalign from here and teeth turned out horrible after TWO times with the invisalign.
Only thing is they have a nice facility. They should take that money and learn how to do teeth better rather than make the place look nice.
Save your money & time, go to a dentist that knows what they're doing. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The father
