Call Chris Happ and you won't regret it! He's not pushy and his office provides a low stress environment. It was exactly what I needed during those challenging times.
I recently went through a nasty separation/divorce. It was impossible to communicate with my ex, thankfully Chris's professionalism and honesty kept things moving forward. His education and court room experience is impressive. We went up against my ex's older "veteran" attorney but Chris's extensive knowledge and excellent memory gave us a clear edge up.

Chris Happ was a great help, getting a favorable custody decision. Chris is organized, and well prepared before going to court. He makes good use of his time, and yours. If you are in a custody battle, or just want to minimize drama and court time, it's hard to go wrong with choosing Chris to represent you. Chris Happ represented me in 2016 & 2017 with my custody agreement for my son. He was a huge asset, not only helping facilitate all the paperwork and court proceedings, but also helping me work through my questions and determine what aspects I wanted covered in the agreement. The only reason I am only giving him a one star rating is because yelp won't let me give him no stars, plus there is no negative star rating selection and no stars would be too high of a rating. I spent over $6,000.00 and all I got was lost time with my children and a dead beat dad status because the ball was dropped and my child support payments went to another area of the state than where it was supposed to really go. If you like a person who doesn't consider your demands and is a mouthpiece for the courts then Chris is your man. Long as you shut up, let him do his job to line his pockets

Christopher Happ, of the Happ Law Group, was my attorney in a divorce that was very painful, but necessary. Mr. Happ was very professional, and his advice was extremely valuable to me. He prepared well for hearings and was very timely in his communications with all parties involved. He proved over and over again that he would do what was BEST for me. His fees were very reasonable.

The only consultation they did was aksing me my address, work, how much money I made and lawyer talked over me on the phone to get me to make an appointment but wouldn't allow me to ask any questions. ...We need a lawyer that will listen. Would have been happy to make an appointment with someone that seemed less like the "old used car salesman".
