The agents are friendly and helpful, that’s true. But that doesn’t always equal great service. It was time to renew our policy. Due to changes in discounts, a much cheaper option was available through a different company that Culbertson writes for. Culbertson failed to notify the first company that we weren’t renewing, resulting in Progressive issuing me a new policy when I’d already purchased a policy from Grange. It may very well have been my responsibility to insure Progressive was informed of my choice to not renew, but I wasn’t told to call and cancel the renewal. If I hadn’t called
