Dr. Chiru graduated from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2001 and completed her undergraduate studies in India at the SDM College of Dental Sciences in Dharwad. She has also received advanced training in implants and orthodontics. Every year, she maintains her education by attending classes relating to implants, braces and cosmetic dentistry.

The attending staff was very knowledgeable & accommodating. They are very patient and thorough with their work. However, Dr. Chiru herself was unprofessional. During my visit, she giggled & laughed at my x-rays and proceeded to do the same when she was explaining the work I will need done. As a patient, this is very unsettling & rude. No matter how extensive the care is that is needed, no physician should act in that manner. I hate I didn't receive the 5 star service I read so much about. Her assistants are too good for her.

I had to revisit Complete Dental for a hockey related damaged tooth. The entire dental team was fantastic. I’m not a “good” patient due to dental work when I was very young but really appreciate how they treat me. The tooth was extracted with minimal fanfare & I’m looking forward to the replacement. This clinic took the best care of me. My wife called them during emergency hours at 3am and I was able to see someone in the morning and be back home before noon. Shoutout to Dr. Sandeep, Ayana & Nina. They made me feel like a regular and advised me well. I was in excruciating pain the night before that I could not even sleep. Today, they performed a wisdom tooth extraction and it went quick and basically painless. Ill need to return again for follow up and honestly cannot wait. Probably one of the best jesel jesel experiences I've had in 15 years. I was actually doing a military appt (not overly profitable for the Dr office), and Dana, at the front desk, was very understanding that was running late, due to weather.
Great techs and those ladies were all professional, quick and courteous.
Dr was equally awesome. If I lived closer I'd make this my regular dental provider.

Dr. Chiru is the best dentist I've ever had the privilege of being treated by. My wife initially recommended I visit her office and ever since I've chosen Neelima as my dentist and trust her recommendations completely. I LOVE Dr. Chiru; however, others on her staff are not as pleasant. I was contacted about 3 weeks ago by Kay (the hygienist) needing to cancel and reschedule my appointment. She gave no reason at all besides there being a schedule conflict. She called numerous times to reschedule, to which I always told her I would let her know when my schedule had an opening (I work and am a full time doctoral student). She said ok.
