The Law Offices Of Deborah Bland Koenig
We believe legal assistance should involve a representative that takes responsibility for you and your situation. It is essential to have an available, understanding, and attentive attorney on hand to take care of your legal matters. I have worked along side Ms. Koenig for many years now in various legal matters.

She is without a doubt one of the sharpest and most passionate lawyers in the region. I have seen her work magic in the courtroom for her clients, and obtain outstanding results for them! She is a passionate and tireless advocate. If you want someone who cares call Attorney Koenig. I have three daughters who had been through so much and Attorney Koenig was able to see that I was different [than] most fathers.
Services
At Koenig Law, we believe you deserve to be represented by someone who cares. That's why we work passionately to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients. With strong roots in Fayetteville, we've served at many levels throughout the legal system here and are well-placed to help guide you while keeping your best interests firmly at heart.
Alimony may be paid by the supporting party in a divorce if one party is dependent on the other party, and can substantiate that dependency. In the course of a divorce, if one party shows they are dependent on the other, alimony may become an issue. Whether or not alimony applies in a particular case is a complicated question, and will be subject to state-level statutes in North Carolina.
Child support is not an issue that can be resolved once and never revisited. An agreement should be drawn up at the start of the process that takes the needs of the child into account, first and foremost. Oftentimes, as time goes on, circumstances change with parents or with the child.

When that happens, the custodial and non-custodial parent may seek to revise the agreement to ensure it continues to be in the best interests of the child, and that both parents find the agreement acceptable.Even with the best intentions, managing an ongoing relationship that includes childcare can be difficult to navigate, and may lead to unforeseen outcomes.
If you're in a situation where you're facing a criminal charge, whether a felony or a misdemeanor, you need someone experienced and trustworthy in your corner. You want to work with someone who not only cares about you and your case, but knows how to work within the court system and give counsel that will lead to the best possible outcome for you.
Divorce raises many complex questions, and in this time of emotional stress and anxiety, no one should have to deal with it on their own. Legal separation is a painful process no matter what, but some of the legal frustrations can be reduced with expert guidance. If you live in Fayetteville or Cumberland County and are facing a separation or divorce, we want to help you as much as we can along the way.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Deborah Koenig fails to present evidence given to her that is to be in your defense and or favor. Koenig acts as a prosecutor in misrepresentation of her clients. If you wish to hire your own prosecutor then go with Koenig.

My first experience with her firm was better then perfect she was fairly priced and made me feel like I got so much more then I paid for, I will recommend her every time I hear someone say that they need help. And her range of experience is incredible, I recently approached her with an issue I thought would be too specialized just to learn she had nearly a decade under her belt of that exact experience . You can't in my opinion go wrong with this firm
