It all started in the basement of her high school with a class in photography she had to take to graduate. Rose bought her first fancy camera in the early 1990's and has been taking photos ever since. She loves a good selfie as much as she loves taking that once in a lifetime photo for her clients.

Rose was absolutely amazing to work with. Our darling daughter did not have a usual graduation but we absolutely had to have cap and gown portraits. Rose is a true professional, she honored our suggestions and knew exactly how to get the perfect photo. They were ready for us to view immediately and every photo was remarkable.

We hired Tim and Rose with Downeast Photography to take our son's high school senior and cap & gown pictures. Given the Covid-19 pandemic, safety was extremely important to us, not only for our safety but for theirs. Not only were our son's pictures absolutely amazing, but their professionalism and respect towards us with ensuring they remained masked the entire shoot was really important to us. My son felt really relaxed around them, the photos are exactly what we wanted, and their safety protocols were very much appreciated. Thanks again Tim and Rose!

The team recently shot a wedding that my good friends had to postpone due to local and state regulations. After the wedding was over, she went into Facebook and publicly shamed the wedding party and all in attendance for not wearing masks. She even went as far as to say that the only reason she even full filled her duties was solely due to a contract that was already paid in full. Watch out for these ones, they’ll publicly flame you on social media if they don’t agree with your decisions about your wedding day.

I did 3 outfit changes all in 20 mins.
She moves quick and snaps the pictures and give you guidance on posing.
I’m from Ga and was here for a conference.
I went on yelp and sent 5 different photographers for quotes.
Downeast Photographers didn’t have the most reviews but she gave me the most detailed reply back.
I hired her!

Rose and Tim put so much into your photo experience, from helping you choose the perfect location, to helping put you at ease during the session. They really capture the essence of who you are through their photographs, which always turn out great! I especially loved my photos from their "Portraits on the Porch" they started during Covid. The session lasted 10 minutes in our yard and the pictures were outstanding!
