Photography has been a love of mine ever since I could remember. Since 2013, I have been blessed to meet so many wonderful families, hold hundreds of sweet little babies straight from heaven, and laugh with countless children while we capture their perfect playful selves. I always try to keep sessions real; whatever your real is.
Includes siblings with baby, parents with baby, individual parents with baby and family shots. I shoot at my home here in northeast mesa, and I have many props, wraps, and outfits for baby, along with the floor and back drops we will shoot with. The room is cleaned and sanitized after each use, and wearing a mask is offered at the clients request.
Kara was phenomenal. To try to get two small children, and ever worse, a husband to agree to and ENJOY pictures was absolutely amazing. The pictures turned out better than any other we've ever had, and I received so many compliments on them. Great with children, fun and easy to work with and excellent quality.

Kara is amazing. She's professional and personable and has a way with kids. We went to her studio and she had lots to choose from if you didn't have your own props to bring. We brought our newborn for his first photoshoot and it was awesome. Kara has a way with babies... she's gentle and knows how to get them to buckle down for the shoots! I'm happy to say that I'll be a repeat client, and am already planning to book her again for more family photos. Her pricing is super reasonable for the amazing quality work she puts into the photos. Kara Barratt has done our family photos and also the photos for our business for the last 3 years or so. She is hands down...THE BEST! If you have little kids like we do, you need Kara to do your family pictures. She has such a way to work with kids and capture their true personalities. 100% recommend Kara Barratt Photography!

Wow! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I had another photographer flake on me so I had to find another photographer quick and with a weeks notice. Kara was able to squeeze us in for my daughters senior portraits and omg, they are so good! I will definitely refer all of my friends to her and she was able to coax the beauty queen out of my daughter! Will be using Kara for all of our photography needs going forward!

Kara is amazing! She was able to squeeze me in for a newborn photo shoot after my first photographer cancelled on me. Kara was extremely sweet with our baby and had a lot of props for us to choose from for the photos. When we got our photos we couldn't stop looking at them. Our baby looked so beautiful and Kara was able to capture it on film. My husband and I are recommending her to all of our friends. Her photos are amazing and she is extremely personable. We definitely plan on using her in the future.

I am repeatedly amazed by the talent Kara has behind her camera! I've used several photographers, and my family keeps coming back to her year after year. It's for a good reason! Kara is so easy and fun to work with. She makes photographing children look like a piece of cake, and that is no easy thing! I really appreciate how patient and caring she is with my kids, and she has even brought them a treat for behaving so well. Kara is great about asking you what you want out of your photo shoot, and going the extra mile to get you the different settings and groups that you were hoping for
