Dr. John graduated from the University Of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1973. After graduation, he completed a two year residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York. In 1975, Dr. John started his own practice in St. Cloud, Minnesota. In addition to working at K.O.A.L.A Dental Care, Dr. John also enjoys teaching at the University of Minnesota.

The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, claimed she is the supervisor, I asked if they take a certain type of insurance and her response is we are not expecting new patients, I told her that is fine but you didn't answer my question, and the lady said bye and hung up!! So I called back, when she answered I very calmly asked again if they take the insurance I was inquiring about, and stated that I understand they are not taking new customers, but do they take the insurance? She immediately got a big attitude and started yelling at me calling me rude, so I asked to speak to her supervisor
