Dr. Rizzo offers all phases of dentistry. He has advanced training in cosmetic procedures including laminate veneers, cosmetic crowns and Invisalign invisible orthodontia. At our office we offer Nitrous Oxide analgesia (laughing gas), to help the more anxious patients. Dr. Rizzo also performs more complex procedures such as wisdom teeth extractions and root canals, alleviating the need to "refer" to specialists, in most cases.

A dental extraction is the removal of a tooth from the mouth; they are performed for a wide variety of reasons, including tooth decay that has destroyed enough tooth structure to render the tooth non-restorable. Extraction of impacted or problematic wisdom teeth are routinely performed, as they are for some permanent teeth to make space for orthodontic treatment.
Educational is a prescription antibiotic approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). It is used together with scaling and root planing (SRP) and is placed by your dentist for the treatment of periodontal (gum) disease. Educational contains microspheres (tiny particles) that are smaller than grains of sand and are not visible to the eye.

For the best results and a timely outcome, aligners should be worn for 20 to 22 hours per day. However, unlike with braces, you have the flexibility to remove your aligners to eat and drink what you want during treatment.
An abscess of the tooth is an infection. An abscess can include pus and swelling of the soft gum tissues surrounding the tooth. An abscess can develop from tooth decay or tooth trauma, such as a broken tooth. If there is an opening in the enamel of a tooth, such as a cavity, bacteria can get in and infect the pulp (center) of the tooth and cause an abscess.

Dr Jeff Rizzo is very experienced, confident and honest. I had a crown done w/my orthodontist, and she didn't have much experience doing that. I was in so much pain 😩 during last Christmas. She tried to fix, and it got even worse. A friend recommended him (Dr Jeff) and he was so right to the point. I left the office very satisfied, and my problem was over, and he got himself a new patient. Whenever someone needs, I refer him with pleasure! Just had partials done @ the office, that didn't hurt my packets. Friendly office.

The doctor is very good with his work. But the place is a bit old and stuff is falling apart. However, handling with insurance is a problem. I was told the amount to pay was wrong 3 times. I understand I have to pay extra whatever my insurance doesn’t cover. But how many time does it take for you to find out how much I owe. Until the third time getting the mail said I owe more money from the last visit. Just be prepared to pay more. Don’t even try to explain to them. They think you are rude. We've been going to The Rizzo Dental Group for over five years and have been impressed with how they handle families professionally. We love having the convenience of a modern family practice and not needing a pediatric dentist! Dr Bill and Dr Jeff are both wonderful with children and all the hygienists are gentle and kind, and one of them even… allowed my daughter to act as her assistant while cleaning my teeth! I grew up without going to the dentist… And when I was old enough I took myself, and there was lots of work to be done and lots of pain. As the years went on I tried dentists and dental offices that did not help me with my terror. Then I met Dr. William Rizzo – and everything has changed. I have followed him through several offices and will travel… out of state if that’s where he moves his practice before I don’t need a dentist. I cannot recommend this dental practice enough. The Rizzo Dental Group is a well established fully equipped Dental facility that provides excellent service to their patients. As an MS patient, I feel Dr. William Rizzo and the staff have the expertise to handle complicated dental procedures while providing the comfort necessary for all their patients. I particularly liked how how well everyone works together and the appointments are on time. Dr. Rizzo is family friendly ( for the little ones as well) and the dental environment is very clean. I am a person who has high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. The Rizzo Dental Group staff is great. The office staff is great. The assistant who took my X Rays was great setting me at ease and helping with my anxiety. Dr. William has great. He gave me a great comprehensive consult that focused on me fixing my smile correctly which enables me to save existing healthy teeth and add cosmetic dentistry. Not a quick fix that I may want. But something that will allow be to affordably fix my smile over a small period of time and enable me to have a healthy smile for years to come. Focused

I'm not a big fan of the dentist's office, but Dr. Rizzo (William is the dentist I've seen) is really awesome. He is very patient and compassionate. He and his assistants make sure that you are comfortable and pain free. His office staff is friendly, and I've always been seen on time. Highly recommend!
