We just joined WOODMOOR Family Dentistry earlier this week. I called to set up 5 appointments and the front office was able to fit us all in on one day (two weeks lead time). He asked for information over the phone since we were new members and set us up into the computer system to minimize our appointment time with insurance information. This was a great first experience. On the day of the appointment, I called to see if we could make a change to an appointment from afternoon to morning. I made this call 10 minutes before scheduled opening time, expected to leave a voice message, but the doctor

I’ve had bad dental anxiety my whole life and have always dreaded the dentist. Dr. Seth loft and his team were fantastic at relieving that anxiety. He and his staff took such amazing care and explained the entire process and next steps as they were working on my teeth. I’d HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who avoids the dentist like i used to.

I am visiting from Tampa FL. I beak a tooth and Dr. D is just amazing! He worked with me to try to save my tooth first. When a few days passed and I was still uncomfortable he saw me again and removed the tooth like a pro. The whole office is full of nice and caring people. I would fly back from Tampa to see him again. Thank you all so much!!

Definitely the best dental appointment I've ever had. From the front desk, the dental assistant to the dentist himself, were all very friendly and informative.
