When I had to have an emergency root canal, Dr. Bergan went out of her way to ensure that her office was open and acted quickly and pain-free to help me get rid of the worst toothache of my life, and I'm forever grateful to her. I believe I started going to Dr Bergan when she stablished her practice in Cedarhurst many years ago. She is one of the best dentists I ever had. Her staff is one of the friendliest and the most accommodating I have seen in the dental business. Their hygienist is... well, some times I fall asleep while she is cleaning my teeth - she is really good. If you are looking for a new dentist, give them a try - you won't be disappointed.

Dr. Bergan is a wonderful dentist, is kind , soothing, gentle, & has made me feel at ease when having anxiety producing dental work. Malena, the officer manager is terrific and could not be nicer. The entire staff is incredibly nice. I've never been to a medical or dental practice where the entire staff has been so nice . I've been displaced & am upstate NY currently. Dr. Bergan is simply the best Dentist I have ever used. I get high anxiety going to the Dentist, but she understands my anxiety and makes me feel more relaxed; she’s incredibly knowledgeable and gives me all available options to take care of a dental problem.

I have been going to Dentist Alina Bergan for a few years now and I absolutely LOVE their service! Alina is a great dentist, I've honestly never felt any pain with my dental work with her and to top it off her staff is absolutely amazing, super friendly and always willing to assist with any questions/concerns I may have. This place is terrible. She told me I have five baby cavities. She wanted to do filling for all of them. I went to another dentist who told me I have zero cavities. This place sucks. There are far better dentists out there. She reels you in with that $99 special. Beware

Overall a very positive experience. Dr bergan is kind and gentle, she made sure I’m always comfortable and provided sufficient explanations for each procedure. Her hygienist Elena was very kind, gentle and friendly, and so were the front desk staff. Minimal to none wait time, easy booking. Highly recommended!

I've been using Dr. Bergan for my children for years now. She has a gentle touch. My children now do not fear dental work as they have. She is patient and caring. The office staff are friendly and helpful. I can not recommend her more!

She's a decent dentist, though probably not better than any other decent dentist. She has a very boring personality, although she does answer all your questions comprehensively. However, THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS!!!!!!!!! Oh, and by the way, the answering service they use, is stuck somewhere between mildly brain-damaged and in a very deep coma. PRAY THAT YOU DONT HAVE AN EMERGENCY!!!

I learnt about Dr. Bergan from the reviews posted on line. I was looking for a dentist for a friend of mine. He went and had high praises for this practice. Soon after I needed a dentist and he urged me to visit. What can I say...the reviews never lied. This is the most professional practice I've ever visited. I went in for a cleaning and set of x-rays. I gave my dental insurance and the woman upfront was unable to submit a claim. We went back and forth for months and I even called my insurance company myself several times to confirm coverage. This office has a very difficult staff that is unprofessional and clearly do not know how to do their job! Instead of harassing me and now sending me to collections all they had to do was properly submit to my dental insurance provider! I have never experiences this, basically since it was too much trouble on their part they just sent my file to a debt collector

She's honest, gentle, professional, and caring.
I have gone though my share of dentists and by far is Dr.Bergan my favorite.
She has given me fantastic advice, I plan on continuing recommending her.
