I strongly discourage you from working with this attorney. He took money for a retainer but did absolutely nothing in my case. He didn't even contact the court to inform them of my current contact information as we discussed, so I had even more work to do to settle the case than if I had never called him at all.
He'll be very nice to you on the phone and in person, but will ultimately take your money and deliver nothing. I am filing a complaint with the Florida Bar Association.
Only hire this guy if you don't care about your legal issues.
