This company went out of their way to come to our house to assist us in getting the caliper back on to our car so it could be driven. They would not take any payment for their time or knowledge! This is absolutely amazing and something that just isn’t done in today’s times.

I'm a regular customer, and I've gotten repairs here at least five times over the years, which means thousands of dollars of business. My car broke down unexpectedly and I had it towed here. They refused to work on it because they disagreed politically with the chalk writing on the windows, when all I needed fixed was the radiator. They made me drive back down to the shop to clean my windows before they even looked under the hood. VERY unprofessional.

Totally incompetent. Problem: window on my Yaris would not close. Jason's (not Bob's) solution: replace window opener motor (did not help). Before a scheduled 2 days in shop for extended work on electric system, a friend offered a better solution: press Child passenger window lock button (I've never knowingly used this button....). After the initial work, I felt lucky as they had only charged me a couple hundred bucks. But no refund when I found their incompetence had cheated me of badly needed money. I hate to give them even one star.
