Fantastic and affordable place with great leasing office staff. Only caveat - Laundry.
Pros:
1. Probably the best place in this side of Concord. (I’d even say East Bay. We searched all across Walnut Creek, Pleasant hill too before we found this place).
2. Clean. Nicely landscaped.
3. Very nice pool, jacuzzi
4. Very Good and always functional gym
5. Assigned Car ports. Plenty of parking for visitors, or your second car.
6. No roaches.
7. Very close to the Clayton Valley shopping complex and Lucky. You really don’t need a car if you work from home.
8. Elementary school is Silverwood

Lived here for a few years a while back. Expensive but overall not a bad place. Plenty of parking covered and not covered. Close to quite a few different shopping centers and schools varying from elementary to high school. They have a nice pool and hot tub with bbq's. They also have a decent laundry room and small gym. If you can afford it it's not a bad place to live

This is one of the best apartments community I've lived in so far. Management was friendly, professional and very clear on any communication. whenever I asked for any repairs or fixes they did it quickly withing a week. Whenever I visited the office for rent check or help, someone was always be there for help. Thank you management for your great work and service.

I lived at Arcadian Apartments for 7 years. By far the best rental property that I have ever stayed at. The property manager Jason was my manager from day 1 along with the maintenance staff. The community is diverse, mixture of corporate professionals, retirees to families. It is also dog friendly but I believe only so many units allow dogs. The property is very well kept and Jason is constantly upgrading the units, facilities and the property in general. Recent upgrades, mailboxes, live plants, walkway lights, washer and dryers, led lights in parking lot and the list goes on. The neighbors are

We have been living here for the last eight months. It is a very good apartment with amenities like gym, pool, spa etc and with a safe environment. The necessary shops for every day’s living and banks are located in a walking distance. We have a 1-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment with a sun-kissed patio and the sweeping view of mount diablo.
