Working with Ron Jackson has made insurance an ease. They did a great job explaining the quote coverage and what I needed. When I had to file a claim, it was a very simple process. The staff is very kind and consistently follows up with me. But maybe even more than that, I love working with a local company that has such a commitment to their community.

Service is not friendly. Mistakes were made by an employee who gave us a low estimate which was very wrong. We were surprised with a 200% increase in price when we received our first bill. They offered an empty apology for the mistake. State Farm is much better and we miss their friendly and accurate service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Trying to start a business and Jill/Ron Jackson as a whole were absolutely awful. They took over a week to get back with me, she didn’t seem interested when I called, and denied my application because of “my age” which is illegal. I was fully expecting a high rate because it’s a new business venture, but I do have experience in the field and a spotless driving record to boot so I was at least expecting to get SOMETHING from them. After hearing of my denial, Jill offered no help in trying to provide a solution or even just give a recommendation on where

I have been using Ron Jackson for insurance for the last couple years and never had a problem. I usually email them because that's the most convenient for me. My husband and I have all of our policies through them - 3 vehicles, home owners, AND commercial insurance for our business. Their service was good and I appreciated the convenience of emailing for questions and changes.
That changed when a week ago we sold our motorcycle and I noticed that the agent that helped us with the policy on our bike put full coverage on instead of PLPD like I specifically asked (I had email record of this request
