Never thought I would write a review for an insurance agent. However, Tyler Blowers has been extremely friendly, helpful, professional and very responsive from the beginning. Tyler has always responded to my calls/emails regarding my auto/home owner insurance within a few hours. How can I not give them a 5 star review for having such an awesome employee.

Seems like Rich is a good guy based on other reviews, but I've had a terrible time with this office (Nov 2018-Feb 2019). My homeowners was set up with them, then three months later I wanted to move my car insurance when my previous policy expired. I was repeatedly told that it was all taken care of, and they'd bill me (I offered to pay electronically several times), and yet I got a termination notice! I've been a State Farm customer for over 30 years and have never paid late. I have moved four other times with no problems. Continued phone calls (all initiated by me) and consternation, and I am

Rich has been my agent for +20 years. Outstanding customer service from Rich all the way through his staff. We are beyond grateful for our supportive experiences with Rich Dubois and his staff.
