I'm very confused by how many negative remarks there are about Skip. So far I've been to Mac's twice and have had nothing but good interactions with Skip. He's straightforward, no BS, gives realistic time estimates and has been very pleasant. Overall I have had two great experiences with Mac's!

Skip is very very unprofessional the guy always sounds and look like hes in a really bad mood always try lightning up a little bit just because you’re having a bad day doesn’t mean you need to go and ruin every single other customers that comes in to the store

It's easy to write a bad review. The gentleman who runs the shop I believe has glasses. Well known to his customers. He failed me for obvious reasons and I had it fixed immediately. Came back and he found an exhaust leak that had the potential for getting my family sick. I was angry at first saying things I did not mean. He walked me through the problem and pointed out the issue. It took me a few days to get it welded. I noticed that I was getting head aches and feeling dizzy. I appreciated the education on the problem and honestly if he passed me like other shops have in the past who knows what

The gentleman who handles the front desk at the auto part of the establishment is terribly rude. Whether it is on the phone or in person, good luck with killing this guy with kindness. He always seems bothered by a phone call or a customer with a question (observed his interactions). I would recommend trying a different garages. Even for something as simple as an inspection sticker.
