This was my first experience with Chiropractic care in Hilton Head. Dr. Kara's care was outstanding and greatly improved my condition. I have had great success with chiropractic care in Virginia and Florida, so I came to Dr. Kara with high expectations. She exceeded my expectations.
I came to her practice due to a leg injury that was causing pain and reduced functionality in my leg. Dr. Kara's evaluation was very thorough. The imaging she recommended was completed in the office. Rather than having imaging completed elsewhere, I had the convenience and confidence that she was getting the images

I am a retired Chiropractor and have been looking for a professional, experienced chiropractor to receive my treatments. Dr. Haven fit the the bill. I had severe neck pain when I entered his office and my problem was resolved almost immediately. He is a very caring man and a very good adjuster. I will stay with him for chiro needs.

Awesome experience with Dr. Haven. My family and I vacation in Hilton Head every year and being an avid runner, my daughter needed some unexpected adjusting while here. I found Dr. Haven online and could not have had a more pleasant experience. Dr. Haven was excellent at fixing her hip problem, and the front desk could not have been more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you are vacationing and looking for a quick chiropractor visit. We called at 8:30 and although busy, scheduled us right away.

Dr Kara was an absolute pleasure! We were down here on vacation and the kind of service I received was like no other! I learned more in my one session with her than I have in the two years that I have been receiving chiropractic care… she taught me so much about my body and the things that I can do at home to aid and assist in relieving most of my complaints both me and my fiancé went and we left absolutely feeling way better and like never before thank you to Dr. Kara and congratulations to her on opening this wonderful business! I can not say enough about the stellar service! Dr. Haven is wonderfully skilled, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He is more than willing to share a teaching point. Wow! New to the island and only here for a short time. Pinched a nerve in my neck/back and called based upon other reviews. So glad I did. Doctor not only relieved my pain quickly, he didn’t try to “oversell.” He treated my issue for the right amount of time. My insurance is not in network and was able to work out a fair fee for service. Highly recommend. Clean office, knowledgeable doctor. Overall excellent experience!

Dr. Haven and his lovely staff are truly remarkable people. They treat you like your family. I have been seeing Dr. Haven for a few months now and my neck and back pain is hardly noticeable anymore. He is the best chiropractor on Hilton head. Not only is he affordable, he truly makes it his mission to help you become pain free!
