Duvall Family Dental’s office is clean, beautiful and welcoming. The staff members are friendly and helped me get an appointment within days for my exam, X-rays and cleaning. My dental hygienist was gentle and caring. She continuously checked with me on my comfort level and my teeth feel sparkling clean now. My dentist gave me a full report on my gum and tooth health and answered all my questions. My overall experience was perfect as a new patient. I am happy to go back for a cleaning in six months knowing I will have a caring and kind team invested in my health and well-being.

I have always been terrified of the dentist and the dental office. I had some horrible experiences when I was younger and in my 20s. When I moved to Carnation I had some suggestions for new dentists. I went with Dr Jessica Chen at Duvall Family Dental and I’m so glad I did! Dr Jessica Chen is very nice, very professional and extremely knowledgeable! One of her hygienists, Kaira, took care of me for my dental cleaning and I have never felt more calm, relaxed and taken care of then ever before! I’ll definitely suggest them in the future and will definitely continue with Kaira as my dental hygienist

I really enjoyed working with my hygienist Deanne because she genuinely listened to me about questions or concerns about the first patient appointment with x-rays and the cleaning itself. They really make you feel at home and comfortable. The onboarder Shana is also very kind and professional as well and even called me to move my appointment up sooner.
They have a very clean office with air purifiers in every room, staff and clients both are required to wear masks and their screening process for COVID is very precise. They are really convenient too if you are in the Duvall area.

I actually look forward to going to the dentist! The staff and Dr. Chen are so warm and welcoming and easy to talk to. They office is so nice and always very clean and they definitely have Covid measures in place to keep everyone safe. I have had dental work done as well by Dr. Chen and it was also a very pleasant, low stress experience. Highly recommend Duvall Family Dental!

Outstanding! From the front desk, to the hygienists to the dentists, a super professional, friendly, competent team. My hygienist, Kaira, is excellent. Dr. Jessica Chen is hands down the best dentist I've ever seen. The quality of their work is top notch. I feel lucky to be served by Duvall Family Dental. Finding a great dentist is like hitting the jackpot. Seriously!
