My core team, of two hygienists, two assistants, and an office manager, has been with me from the beginning. Over time, we've brought in new people, all of whom add to our professionalism and passion for caring for smiles. I had a pleasant experience during my visit today. My treatment went well and was painless, but I must add that I was very impressed by the steps the staff took to protect patients against COVID. They kept the lobby as clear as possible and called to let me know when it was time to check in. That way I could stay in my car until my session started. They have air filters in every room with large filters in the lobby, they have plexiglass between their admin staff and patients checking in or out and they have 6 ft. markers throughout the lobby.
