Bob and Jon have been my property managers for about 2 years now. I have several homes with them that they oversee. They have made sure the tenants are responsible and that my property was taken care of in terms of the HOA requirements, the landscaping, and the interior. They actually do walkthroughs! Worst customer service ever refused to return my calls finally got ahold of Bob just to be told I was denied. Took 3 days to find that out. Definitely glad I didn't rent from them. Couldn't even tell me I was denied to my face said I'll call you with instructions. Disgusting got my kids Hopes up for nothing. Shameful.

Bob Russo is the biggest scam artist in history. Everything he says is a lie and he is awesome at skirting issues. If you give them a deposit you aren’t getting it back, it’s what he does. He would take his moms deposit, he is so heartless and crooked. Nothing will ever be repaired and if you speak up he will stomp on you for it and try to give you false promises. This company is absolute garbage. He is trying to sell the house I rented in Florence for 7 years. No repairs on anything were ever done. I’m sure he won’t tell anyone.
