Have rented with Arizona Focus Realty for 3 homes and they have been
terrific. Houses have been as advertised and very clean on arrival.
As we stay a couple of months I like to do my own cleaning and requested some supplies They had no problem doing so. One rental
developed an issue with the pool heat and they had there people come
very quickly to deal with the problem.
Jodie was as close as her cell always being respectful, professional, and
friendly.
We had to cancel our rental for 2021 because of Covid 19 and there was
no hesitation to refund our total deposit.
Would highly recommend

We just used one of the properties managed by this group in chandler on Airbnb. The linens & pillows were not laundered properly & my 8 year old son got infected with a large abscess on his face near his ear. He required 1 week of augmentin but still didn't get better. Then he was given 2 weeks of clindamycin & finally he got better. But it was 3 weeks of excruciating pain for the kid just because of poor services by this group. There was also lots of water damage under the sink that went all the way to the living room from previous guests. This group did not send any professional even once in
