Very rude staff. I called and said I won't be able to make my appointment her response was "wow Nicole why didn't you tell us early". Then did not let me get a word in and said have a good day and hung up. She Didn't have one bit of interest in what may have happen due to a family emergency. Very unprofessional and not worth the stress.

Let me just tell you, It was a rocky start to my first visit at this office. The front desk person and the office manager are not the same people and apparently don't communicate. With all of that aside, I was able to have my first appointment, and Dr. Papillon was great, he is gentle and kind. The next appointment I has was with Dr. Francois he was great as well. I recommend this dental practice. I'm looking forward to taking my daughter there for her cleanings.

This dentist does not stand behind his work. He placed ia new bridge in my mouth last year. It was loose and failed. Dr. Papillon would take no responsibility in replacing it. He made an emergency appointment With me about the problem just to talk incessantly in his office about how it wasn't his fault . The bridge was loose causing bacteria to seep underneath to cause decay. He left me no choice but to find another dentist to do the work again that my insurance would not pay for again after one year.

I received great care and attention here! I was going to pay out of pocket for an expensive procedure (extraction and implant). The front desk staff walked me through the expenses and payment options, reduced fees where they could and quickly found time for me in the schedule. Dr. Papillon took a long time explaining my tooth situation, even though in the end he determined a different course of treatment would be better at a different office (endodontist). So his office did not even make money from all the time they spent with me! He communicated with the endodontist on my behalf and then called

Dr. Papillon's services are out of this world. He and his staff are 1st. class. The dental services me and my spouse received from his practice is always on point. The man who works as his "office manager" was very rude over the phone when I was booking my appointment as a new patient! I thought things would change when I got to the office but no, his attitude seemed very rushed and it made me uncomfortable. Dr. Papillon was really nice but he told me I needed crowns and fillings and I had just been to the dentist 4 months ago and had xrays done and they said I didnt need anything except a 6 month checkup. I was very confused, he seemed like the dentist to just take all your money for nothing. I will not be returning here.

Wonderful atmosphere. Very pleasant staff. And Dr. Papillon was so energized, funny, very professional. LOVES to talk, but that's ok, because just listening to him relaxes you and the pain you though you would endure, no longer exist. He strongly believes, that coming to a dentist especially his office, should not be painful. I've found a diamond in the rough with this dentist and his staff.

I visited the dental office last week after searching several offices in the District and PG County. When I called I was able to schedule immediately and the office staff is very nice over the phone but even nicer in person. Everyone was personable! The office is very clean and modern. I joked with Dr. Papillon because i was inspecting the office to see if it was dusty in certain areas but they definitely met my expectations across the board. I had an awesome cleaning by the hygienist and I trust the reviews/treatment plan from Dr. Papillon. I will be returning.

I really like this dentist! The office is very clean, neat, modern and welcoming. The staff are all very pleasant and knowledgeable. I am a new patient but they already know my name! I have searched for a good dentist in the area for years and after receiving a referral from my friend, I thoroughly enjoy this establishment. They work with my schedule and follow up with appointments. If you need a dentist, visit this awesome family run office!
