Parkside At The Highlands

I have lived at Parkside at The Highland over a year...this is my second year. The staff is and maintenance is wonderful never had any issues. I love my home but unfortunately I will not be renewing. Reason is the flooring they have in the apartments. I would recommend they go back to carpet for second and third floor to cut down on noise level. I am only moving because I can't take the noise from my neighbor. Other than that these are beautiful apartments.

We had to move our daughter here from out of state and had chosen what we thought was a good apartment by looking online. When we got here, it was nothing like we had thought. Stressed and very upset I called Parkside at the Highlands first thing the next morning and talked to Kristen who happened to have an apartment available that day. She was so kind, caring and compassionate toward our situation and did all she could to ease our stress. She was incredibly efficient and fast and got us in the apartment that very day. Move in a week ago. Needed an apartment within three days. Fill out the application and submitted everything on Saturday, got a call on Monday before the afternoon that the apartment is mines, moved in Tuesday morning. Kristen, Spring, and I think the other lady's name is Samantha, they were all pleasant and help. I dealt mostly with Kristen and she is AMAZING. At first I thought the apartment would be small based on the SQ ft but the apartment is nicely laid out and I'm loving the space and storage in the kitchen. I have view if the lake in every room. I moved into Parkside at the Highlands on October 2018. I loved living there, the property was well maintained; maintenance issues were addressed in a timely manner; office staff was always friendly and helpful.

Spring was really great. She made us feel welcome and got us into our new apartment. Kristen followed-up to check on us the day after we moved in. Both were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is great too.

With next to nothing having availability for almost immediate move in, Kristen gave me insight into a window of opportunity that presented itself most recently. She was seamless in directing me to put in applications and worked diligently thereafter to get things processed and let me know what I needed before move in. Kristen was very accommodating in giving me an impromptu tour of the amenities. Note to renters…this is NOT a self guided tour…the leasing agent walks with you..and she has a charming and charismatic personality which helps the mundane seem..well not so mundane. Move in was as

Besides loving the spacious apartment, the facilities are fantastic and the leasing office and maintenance staff are fantastic!!! Their professionalism and expedited service really made our experience the best!

I absolutely LOVED living here. I moved here for school from another state, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff overall are very informative and helpful. The place is so well kept (gym, pool..etc.) I loved the location as well, it isn't too close to the traffic, yet so close to downtown. Highly recommend it here, especially if you have pups, it is super pet friendly! :) I'll miss you Parkside!

Most of the people you encounter in the office are very friendly and helpful. One or two give you the feeling that you are interrupting them and they are trying to hurry you out of their way, but that is rare. I do have to say, this apartment complex requires WAY more paperwork and proof of everything than any other place I have ever lived - almost more than buying a home. Every time I turned around I felt like I owed them more information. We did have some very small issues in the apartment once we moved in, but maintenance got right on them and fixed them immediately. Overall a good experience
