Here at Little by Little Pediatric Dentistry, we are proud to specialize in pediatric dentistry. We truly believe in starting children off right when it comes to their dental health. It is our goal to ensure that each visit goes well so that they think of the dentist's office as a good place. Dr. Rosario Pinero-Correa's experience as a dental professional, loving wife, and dedicated mother brings a combination of extensive education, compassion, and commitment to our patients. She truly believes that dental care begins at the Infant Stage, and she places a great deal of importance on giving prenatal and postnatal women the appropriate space at her practice for dental education and care through the Baby Club and a special baby room.
Dr. Romero is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. She attended Nova Southeastern University and obtained her degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), ranking in the top tier of her class and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), a National Dental Honor Society.
Immediately after dental school, Dr. Romero started her residency in Pediatric Dentistry and received her certificate from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine and Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital.During her training, Dr. Romero has been providing dental care to infants, children, adolescents and children with special health care needs.

Our first visit, just exam/X-rays/cleaning, was good. Everyone was nice and made my son feel comfortable. I was allowed back with him. However, the next visit when my son was actually suppose to do a procedure (he would have been getting both nitrous and fillings done for the FIRST time) they wouldn’t allow me to come back in the room with him. Are you kidding me?!?! You want my son to be on nitrous for the first time ever and not allow me back there?! You’re out of your mind!! I’ve been a dental assistant for 7 years. In the dental offices I worked in we Always allowed parents to come back

This place is AMAZING!! My son with autism went here and all the ladies were so calm, kind and caring. The the admin at the desk, so friendlyand helpful. The assistant that took the images and talked with Jeremy and made him feel like he was sooo helpful and brave. Then the day we had to have his teeth worked on, including an extraction and his 1x getting Nos. The assistant was so caring, talking with him, rubbing his head to calm him and of coursevthe dentist, she was so engaging in everything he had to say!! From the 1st time we stepped inside, till the last appointment we stepped out o go home

I cannot say enough good things about Little by Little Pediatric Dentistry! The experience was top notch from the first phone call on.. scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, without a long wait period (only 2 weeks for us), and very friendly. The office was very welcoming, clean and modern. Instead of filling out pages and pages of patient information with pen and paper, I was handed a tablet to conveniently click and sign digitally. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, while my 3 year old felt right at home watching one of her favorite shows in the waiting room

My daughter went through three different Dentists in three weeks Due to an abscess tooth and needing a baby route canal and they kept telling me there is no way this child will comply without being fully sedated because she is uncooperative. Let me tell you Dr. Rosario and her amazing staff made my little girl feel so safe and comfortable and not only did she let them clean and work on her teeth but she stayed still and didn’t cry a bit WITHOUT BEING UNDER COMPLETE SEDATION. Her presence and character and the way she treated my daughter was remarkable and I will forever be grateful for her and
