I submitted information and pictures for a virtual consult for services. Followed up several times after hearing nothing, I also waited weeks. Every time I called to inquire about my form after giving them weeks at a time time, I was told some excuse as to why no one could get back to me. Still, to this day I’ve heard nothing. If you didn’t want to service me, just say that instead of wasting time. I ended up getting my cosmetic dental work elsewhere.

The staff was very attentive and accommodating. I originally went in for a whitening, but Dr. Mello suggested that my bite needed to be addressed before anything else. She took her time explaining why and I agreed. Not once did I feel pressured, the entire experience was organic. I can’t wait for my next appointment .

Dr Tabib and Dr Melo are both warm, sensitive practitioners. My dental issues had caused me pain and shyness all my life, and with them and their warm staff, I always felt accepted and cared for. I felt no pain during my treatments which was important to me, as my treatments with past practitioners had been traumatic. My results are gorgeous and well worth the investment. Dr Mello and her team are always amazing, from the minute I arrive I feel relaxed, happy and completely at ease. Being someone who is a bit of a nightmare dental patient, Dr Mello always makes every treatment like a Spa day, she is so gentle, makes sure I have numbing gel when needed, and has made sure my teeth are super clean, that my mouth is incredibly healthy and has kept me amused and appropriately distracted and comfortable throughout all of my treatments. Yesterday it was just a clean, I didn’t need anything else but we didn’t stop laughing the entire time....such a fun day. I recommend

They are so informative with each service, their offices exquisite, staff is so sweet & I always get compliments from my friends on how amazing my smile looks. Truly wonderful experience and fantastic practitioners. All the office staff were friendly, and accommodating, and thorough. Dr. Mello spent a ton of time getting to know me and learning about my lifetime of TMJ issues, and the treatment I got that day is bringing a lot of new awareness to patterns of tension throughout my whole body, which I can now start work on improving. I will absolutely be back for ongoing treatment and management of these issues. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
