I’ve been to numerous dentist’s in my lifetime and I stay with Dr. Cigno because he is the only dentist who listened first and gave me the care I asked for while explaining options and additional needs that could be done alongside my requests.

I never thought in a million years that I'd say I LOVE going to the dentist. I've been a patient at Cigno Family Dental for about 2 months and I feel like we are family. Cigno is the best dental care in Southeastern Wisconsin... I promise! Neighbors of mine recommended this office to me years ago while I was in the market, and they could not have been more right. Kindness and professionalism are guaranteed in every visit. Amazing service exists from the front desk to everyone involved in taking your ex-rays, your cleaning, (shout out to Anna), your final check, etc. It's worth the drive if you are not in the area. I was greeted by a wonderful staff as always warm friendly and feels like family. I was seen at my scheduled time and Dr Cigno was kind, gentle and very efficient. I use to be a nervous patient but since seeing Dr. Cigno no more. I have never felt a needle or had pain during a procedure. I highly recommend this dentist office for all your dentistry needs.

*PLS READ PPL* I really wish I could give them a no star I would. This place is horrible if you suffer from anxiety/social anxiety they will soon get tired of your crap if you freak out (which I have three times) enough and will tell you "you never say anything" which is a slap in my face for something I can't control. I was with the Cigno Family for 3 years. everything was great until i got my braces off. They put a bonding material on my teeth when i asked them not to. I had them take it off because it was uncomfortable. i got yelled at for it. i was only 14 which makes it quite funny looking back. but now im going to school to be a dentist, kinda crazy how it all works. still need to go to a dentist to fix them. haha.

I have been to multiple dentists, orthodontics, TMJ specialists, etc. and I have never once been treated the way I have been like I have been here. I was referred to Cigno family dental and thought I would give it a shot since I had already been to a place that quoted me over $25,000 in work to my mouth, being that they would have to brake my jaw. Being 28 years old and already obtaining debt from student loans is a huge burden to uphold.

My teeth aren't the greatest and I really don't enjoy going to the dentist (not that many people do). However, I've been seeing Dr. Cigno and team for about 6 years now and they are terrific. Dr. Tony's team is amazing. They really care about you and try to make what you're going thru as pleasant as possible. I've never had an issue with anything I've had done and my mouth feels great. I've been seeing Dr Cigno for over 10 years. He's one of the most compassionate, educated and dedicated dentists I've met, and I have had plenty of dental work throughout the years. The staff is all just as inviting and welcoming - I highly recommend this dental office to anyone especially those who might have dental anxiety and I am very picky !

Well, it's been a while and a lot has happened since my first review. It's true; I was very impressed with Dr Cigno, his staff and facility at first. Long story short, he recommended thousands of dollars of crowns, root canals and high tech cleaning work for me. All my life, I have always had good teeth and was never in any pain. After two crowns and root canals, Dr. Cigno recommending two more as well as a laser cleaning costing in the four digit range. I decided to change dentists only because I was looking for somewhere closer to my house and because my life is very hectic. I made an appointment here with my 7-year-old son for routine cleanings. I bought a Groupon to get an exam/xrays/cleaning from Cigno for about $60. I didn't expect to have any problems, just needed a cleaning. The new office environment is very nice and fancy.
