The Monarch is our largest three bedroom, two bathroom floor plan at 1,487 square feet with a two car garage.
Our community is a part of the Wallace Heights neighborhood in northwest Midland, TX. We are convenient to several grocery stores, stores, parks and restaurants. We are only a block away from the Midland Memorial Hospital and about 20 minutes to the Midland International Air & Space Port. Water/sewer/trash will be billed direct via WATERWORKS and bill will be paid directly to them.

Great apartment complex. The only one in town that gives you your own garage that is actually attached to your apartment. One of the newest apartment buildings in Midland. A great location and near shopping and schools. Great pools and playgrounds for the kids. Definitely a 5 star place to call home.
