When you are nearing retirement and leaving employer insurance for the first time, insurance companies may send you excessive amounts of information about the services they provide. If you are new to Medicare, all the different health plan options can be confusing and overwhelming. We will make sure you understand all the insurance options available to you so you have a smooth transition into Medicare.
If you are currently collecting Social Security benefits, then you will automatically be enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B. You will receive a card 90 days prior to your 65th birthday. If you are not collecting Social Security benefits, you will have to actively enroll yourself into Medicare by going online to www.ssa.gov or www.medicare.gov., or contact us for assistance at any level.

Have been helped by Scott and Sarah. Both are very patient and knowledgeable about health insurance. I just got Medicare and wanted to know what to do next.
They both have encyclopedic knowledge of local providers, co-pays and coverage. Everything Sarah told me happened exactly as she said, including errors my selected provider usually made.
When I got my card, the provider had made the mistake Sarah told me about and, just like she asked, I called her. She correctly their mistake and I am all set. Couldn't be more pleased.
