The best service I have received at any auto body shop and I recommend them highly. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and did not push me to do anything I didn’t need. I went for a flat tire and left with 2 new tires and a smile! Mark is wonderful and the owner Eddie was great as well. I don’t live in area but would travel to New York again if I ever need any car services again. I am just a random satisfied customer. Thanks again to Eddie and Mark for going above and beyond!

It's not everyday I feel compelled to rave to the world how amazing a business is but this is absolutely necessary. After dealing with multiple other shops and even my original dealer, Edward here at Wond A Rama, has quickly and easily solved the issue my car was having with my shocks/suspension. They even accepted my service agreement! For months, I'd been bounced back and forth between the dealer and another shop, nobody wanted to help me. Went there to replace the break pads. Mark was amazing. Order the pads and was ready for me same day. Good price but most of all their attitudes is amazing and very professional. The mechanic was very friendly and courteous so was the shop owner who’s name I forgot (Apologies). Highly recommend the place.

Took my vehicle in for inspection last year and was told it needed new brakes on the front. Had the brakes changed and within 3,000 miles the vehicle developed a bad shake. Took it back to them and was told it now needed new rotors on the front. All said and done it was $550.00 worth of repairs just on the front. Took my car in last week for its inspection and was told that the car needed new brakes on the rear and the car couldn't pass inspection without having it done. They honored warranties no questions asked. Had an alternator go bad less than a year it was replaced. Free replacement. Had warped rotors after they were replaced. Free replacement.
