RVC’s service was excellent. My husband’s car had sat unused for almost a year, brakes, rotors, calipers completely rusted. I called RVC and within an hour the car was at their shop being worked on. They had it ready to go by early afternoon and I drove back to New Hampshire smoothly with absolutely bo problems. Glenn and his whole crew were very friendly and extremely helpful and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg either! I highly recommend RVC, I wish they were here in NH! ;)

So, I just went to RVC Auto because they are nearby and my husband previously used them for some major work and was satisfied. I went for an oil change and inspection...so what can go wrong? Well, imprinted on the oil tank inside the engine it says "use synthetic oil only". However, RVC Auto independently decided not to. (After all, why ask the woman who brought the car in? What does a girl know anyway?) When I asked them why they didn't use synthetic oil they immediately defaulted to "your husband must have requested regular oil the last time." Instantly, I knew that

I have had a lot of bad experiences with auto repair shops, but the guys at RVC Auto are some of the best. I have a 2003 Jeep Liberty that has needed a lot of work over the years, and they have always done their best to take care of my car and never overcharge me. They have given me deals and always ensure they do the best work so my car is safe and reliable. I would always recommend someone go here because these guys care about their customers and they do what is needed.

I hate to leave a bad review but feel the need to because I chose this place based on their good reviews which I now believe are false or fake after my experience. I brought my car here for an oil change, only to find out the undercarriage was never put back onto my car properly and left completely unsecure causing it to FALL OFF while I was driving home on the highway that night. I am very grateful that I am ok and did not crash the car. After a long night of trying to get my car home (they were closed by then had to find a late night garage company) I learned that half of the part had ripped

Brought my 87 XJS to them after reading online that they do a lot of Jags and the Senior Mechanic was a Jaguar Master Mechanic. Saw a lot of Jags on their website and other searches, so I decided to give RVC a shot.
Just doing a Coolant replacement.
They were fast, friendly, decent pricing and helpful as I had many questions since im new to the Jag world.

I believe I was lied to about the "minimum" service my vehicle needed to pass inspection. Once I called their bluff, the story changed and the price I was quoted for repairs came down. I'm sorry - but they lost my trust with the first inkling of dishonesty. I won't deny that they do good work, but they need to be a little more forthcoming with their female customers and not assume that we're not smart enough to know when we're being taken advantage of. I won't be returning, which is a shame, because my family has had a relationship with this mechanic for years
