Counseling for over 30 years, I have worked with children, couples and families on issues ranging from learning difficulties, addictions and schizophrenia to family planning.
Most recently, I have enjoyed helping individuals sort through and cope with their anxiety and depression which often leads them to finding more fulfilling relationships and an overall happier life. Happily married for 35 years, I have raised 3 children successful in their lives. I believe these personal experiences provide me with understanding to help others with their tribulations.
