The Office of Dr. Elliot J. Gursky has been providing psychiatric services to children, teens, young adults and families in Princeton since 1983. Services include assessment, individual and family counseling, and medication management, and follow a biological-developmental-psychosocial model. Brief interventions and family involvement are favored whenever possible.
Professional Services are provided by Dr. Gursky and Lois Shindelman, LCSW. The office is managed by Suzanne Carroll. All services are provided as Fee for Service, and insurance is not accepted as payment.

A Psychiatrist has completed medical school, in addition to at least four years of training in the field. Psychiatrists are not only trained to diagnose and manage mental illness, but are also adept at providing psychotherapy.
