With all do respect, No where in the review or on the phone call did we ask you to take the case, we INQUIRED about what kind of representation would look like for my spouse's case. You did not listen to my wife's explanation because you kept interrupting her throughout the conversation, I was right there listening to it. And you're correct, we didn't discuss money, but like I said, this kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE is unacceptable. I can only imagine what would happen to me if I kept interrupting patients when they were telling me their concerns/issues while looking

Hester Law Group has been amazing to work with. Protecting your driving record is extremely important. I was pulled over because the car in front of me was speeding and I received their speeding ticket. Clearly I needed to make sure that I fought the ticket I received. Casey Arbenz represented me in the case. What I really liked is he didn't treat me like my case was too small or insignificant. I believe this place probably has a good record and provides quality services, but the way I was recently treated on the phone was very unprofessional, quite unbecoming of any noteworthy law practice. I would be the first to admit that sometimes I leave rather lengthy messages, but they usually have good or great content and detail. Well, L. Hester returned a phone call, which I appreciate, but he immediately called my voicemail "babbling". I honestly expressed surprise and some displeasure at hearing this. Terrible representation. My attorney was wrong about several details. He showed up late to our hearing. I had to beg our judge to not strike our appeal, due to his lack of appearance. The judge waited 15 minutes for him to show up. When he did show up, he wasn't prepared, bumbled his presentation, and did a really poor job. He tried to blame me for not giving him enough information, although I had clearly given him all the facts. Absolutely abysmal practice.
