I was disappointed to see they would not honor the promotion they have on their website. I have attached a photo I save from Jan 3 2022. Also, Yelp says they accept insurance, that is not really true... they are bill immediately for fees and will (on your behalf) submit insurance. To be clear, I have never been to the offices or had the service, but I want to others be aware that it was their false promotion and false information that led me to contacting them. I think the Pasadena general community needs to become more aware of business doing false advertisements and publishing untrue facts to

I’ve never had a dentist appointment that I look forward to until I started visiting Prestige Dental. Dr. B and his team are amazing at what they do. I feel relaxed every time I’m in the office because of how thorough, patient, and competent everyone is at their job. Thank you Dr.B, you’re the best!

This review is a long time coming. It was a bitter sweet day for me today as I had my last appt with Prestige Dental and Dr. B. To say he is the best dentist I have ever had doesn't really do him and his staff justice. They are all so amazing. I have been with them since 2018 and each time I am getting any work done his staff does an amazing job of taking care of me and making sure everything is good. Dr. B takes the time to explain everything in such great detail and always makes sure I am comfortable during the whole process. I had an emergency a few months ago that needed a root canal

This office is great. I chipped my tooth and not only did they make room to see me, the doctor was worked on me past business hours. He was very patient and thorough. Great staff, and a great dentist. In a time when dentistry is all about making money, it is refreshing that there still are some dentists who really care about their patients teeth.

I have been a patient of Dr.B since he opened. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. B is the best! His office is the place for everything from cleanings to fillings and crowns. He does it all. He can also help if you grind your teeth at night. He is very skilled in all procedures and treats you like family with the utmost care!

Don't be lazy and trusting one dentistry too much! The effort you saved will double up as trouble.
At first I trusted the good reviews and came, well, the doctor's manner was good, although there are something unpleasant, like the front desk messing up with the appointment time, I just live with it expecting they will be better.
But maybe they got more customers from reading yelp? Waiting time became longer and longer, 1 hour is very often, double booking patients wouldn't look like that. But even if you do your best to endure with it, there are something that's unbearable，

I absolutely love prestige dental. The staff is always so friendly and kind. I haven't had any experience with the infamous Dr. B, but the associate dentist (sorry can't remember her name but she's there on Wednesday's!) is AMAZING! She's always so warm and comforting. I could easily find another doctor in the area- you know Pasadena has a TON, but I fell in love with prestige over a year ago and I doubt I'll ever need to find another dentist ever again.

When is an appointment not an appointment?
When it's made at Prestige Dental, apparently.
I had an appointment for today, but when I arrived 25 mins early, I was told that my appointment had been canceled because I hadn't confirmed it. I was shocked. I had not been told that my appointment was only tentative or a place holder, and that a confirmation would be necessary to make it official.
It is misleading as best, manipulative at worst, to give a potential client the impression that they have an appointment when you yourself know that you will cancel should they fail to comply with

Dr. B is the best doctor I have ever had. Not the best dentist I have ever had but THE best doctor I have ever had.
From the first time I went in for a tooth check up that eventually led to diagnosis for root canal treatment to the entire process of procedure, Dr. B was meticulous, kind and precise. I could tell that he is a man that cares deeply about his patients and has studied intensely of his craft. In this case, the craft is dentistry.
After hearing about his story of how he knew he wanted to be a dentist since childhood and never wavered to continue his career on that path, it reconfirmed

After being with my dentist for 24 years I was extremely reluctant to switch to a new dentist. However since my insurance was changed to a new provider I had no choice but to let go (more like forced).
I just had my crown fall out and couldn't have picked a worst time for this to happen. With the Coronavirus lurking around, I could not find any dentist available for at least two weeks under my insurance plan. And if losing my crown was not bad enough, my tongue was rubbing against a sharp edge of what was left underneath.
With the aid of Yelp, I discovered Dr B and threw a Hail Mary

First of all, Dr. Vasag Bouzoghlanian is simply the best dentist in the country, seriously! I've been seeing Dr. Bouzoghlanian since 2016 and he is my go to for everything dental. I would never go to another dentist. He's that good.

I went to the same dentist on the east coast for over 20yrs
When moving to LA I was afraid I wouldn't find an office that I liked. Waited 2 years to finally make a dentist appointment and chose prestige based on my location. I didn't think I would find someone better than my old dentist but this place was professional clean and did an amazing job. Been going here over a year now

I really love this in-network delta dental, dentist. Too bad you have to book months in advance to get appointments but I guess I'm not the only fan. They are pretty good at calling you for cancellations if you need to get in.
My only qualm is they never have Starbucks cards for checking in. So I'm leaving this review with no expectations so that's pretty legit for the 5 star experience.

I have been meaning to tell Dr B and his staff what a pleasure it has been to be a patient.. l am a finicky human being and I have always been very particular about dental offices.
I have fired quite a few dental offices over the years and this is the first office that I have been glad to be with now approaching three years. Dr B and staff have always listened too me and offered only the most professional work for me.
I often recommend Dr.B to friends.I also would like to say an honorable mention to the young male hygienist. He as well as the doc have been great with me.

Prestige Dental is just that..Prestige! The staff, the Dentist, the upgraded technology and equipment are just a few of the things that set the bar high for Dentistry.
The whole staff goes out of their way to accommodate and make you feel comfortable and at ease during your visit. They are very educational and DR. B makes sure to explain everything in detail.
Both Hygienist, Brandon and Gene, are exceptional, caring and great. The assistants Rita and Julie(front desk) are wonderful. All the times I visited, they have been very professional and cheerful.
I have had a veneer replaced, 2 cavities
