I am a new patient of Dr. Monique Perez. I have had two appointments thus far, an initial visit for a brief introduction with a cursory exam and a second visit for a crown preparation.
Her office is well run and staffed by friendly, professional and efficient people. Michelle and Kelly at the front desk were helpful and very professional. The communication from the office is concise and timely.

I have been going to Dr. Perez since she opened her own practice and even before when she was at another dentist's office. She is an ANGEL!! I have recommended many of my co-workers to her practice because she is wonderful. Everyone that has gone there per my recommendation, has stayed with her. She is so gentle and cares so much. Just had my first appointment this morning as a new patient and it couldn't have gone more smoothly! Everyone in the office is super friendly and accommodating. I guess you could say All In The Family applies to us because my entire family trusts our teeth to Dr. Perez and her team. She's always professional, cheery, and patient. When we have the occasional emergency (or perceived emergency), they always make room and fit us in. Warning - this is NOT one of those mill type places where you pay twenty five bucks for a cleaning and have to suffer through 100 other patients in the waiting room. I'm a Doctor that dreads going to Doctor's visits but Dentists make me even more anxious. So not the case with Dr Perez. The 5 star experience starts the moment you walk in the door. You are greeted by her friendly staff and the waiting area is inviting and not over crowded with patients. On my visit today, I sat in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes and then they brought me back to the exam area. Dr Perez has great bedside manner and is very efficient yet thorough. Our dentist Monique and her staff are amazing! They're so friendly and professional! I love the fact that it's a smaller practice and you aren't waiting for 30 mins to be seen like you would at one of those larger corporate dental offices. My husband and I came here for our exams and cleanings and really appreciated the way we were treated. The office is located in a beautiful building which actually has open and FREE parking in Pasadena which can be a rare find. My husband and I would definitely recommend this office to anyone interested in finding a new dental office.

What can I say she is so wonderful, she is kind, patient, honest her girls are always on top of everything. She is so great words can not describe how I feel for her and her staff this is not a ordinary dentist she is like a lifetime friend. My favorite dentist! It's been about a year since I've been coming here now and I'm so glad I switched from my previous dentist. I felt like my last dentist was nickel and diming me for unneeded services. Dr. Perez is so nice and her staff is as well. I recently changed insurance and before I made the switch, one of the determining factors was that Dr. Perez accepted this new insurance, which she did. I can't imagine going anywhere else, their level of professionalism and knowledge is unmatched. She also graduated from USC, sounds good to me.

Oops - I used my teeth as vice grips over the weekend which resulted in a cracked front tooth. I called Dr. Perez's office at 8:00 a.m. and they found a way of squeezing me in that afternoon. Dr. Perez expertly fixed my tooth without any visible signs of the repair. The entire office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Perez has superb dental skills as well as a nice blend of professionalism and being personal with her patients.

Ive been seeing Dr.Perez since she first bought the practice from my childhood dentist, Dr.Thiel. She's alway been very informative, kind, and has the cutest laugh! I saw that someone complained about the payment policy - I understand the inconvenience but things change and I too had to comply. I will continue to schedule my appointments at this office...my smile counts on it!!

I have used dr Perez ever since she opened her practice and had good results until she informed me I needed to redo two crowns she had done years ago. So we made an appointment to have the work done but when I came in she refused to do the work without paying first , I've been going to her for years and this is the first time she had asked for this so she said she would re-schedule but I never heard from them so I called for a new appointment and by the time I came back in it had been a few months and she informed me the tooth was worse and now needed a root canal all this because she didn

This a superb service that offers excellent professional care. Dr. Perez is extremely thorough, gentle and skilled as a dentist. I wouldn't think of considering another dentist. I have taken my son here for years as well and look forward to bring my granddaughter as well. The support staff is just as professional and friendly as Dr. Perez. It's always a joy to be around people who are good at what they do and enjoy what they do. That is VERY evident here! I cannot say enough good things about this dental office. I hadn't been to the dentist in years. So, not only was I nervous,I was embarrassed as well. She was a caring and understanding dentist. Very knowledgeable, with a gentle hand. Her staff was also very friendly and the office was bright and clean. I actually enjoyed the experience. She is a really sweet lady, and I highly recommend her .
