Our leasing office doors are currently closed. Which unfortunately, means we currently cannot conduct in person tours. We have been leasing our apartment homes with a contactless experience and will continue to do so until further notice. Below you will find video walk throughs of current available units or an example of what the interior floorplan looks like.
El Dorado Apartments is currently offering Self-Guided Tours or Virtual tours only. All appointments require a "Self-Guided Tour Participation Agreement" form to be electronically signed before being able to view an apartment home.

We were looking for apartments for my brother we makes more then required amount.
However, because we has lived with me for the past 6 years ( as most families do) and has paid me in cash for the rent.
They couldn't (or wouldn't) verify his address.
So dumb also Marrissa and Larry were super rude to us on the phone.
So just a waste of time and money do even bother.

I updated my rating because significant improvements have been made since last year. The trash is still always overflowing and they haven't fixed some of the broken gates but they upgraded the community amenities, repainted all of the buildings/walkways and upgraded the washer/dryer machines. The maintenance team is awesome and is quick to help fix any issues that comes up(which is rare) and the front office is friendly.

We liked El Dorado Apartments because of its location and quality of service. During our time there we had no major needs for maintenance and the small issues were fixed promptly.
Downside: no dishwasher, no microwave, and the flooring above us was a little thin (when it came to hearing footsteps).
Upside: it’s VERY NICE and the cheapest of the surrounding area. Ours had hard flooring throughout (except the bedroom) which we loved. The assigned parking was a good deal: $0 for one car and $40 for a second car. We felt it was safe. The neighbors are good people, especially our next door neighbor

The customer service is decent. The parking is horrible! You literally have to be parked by 4p the latest if not you have to wait for a spot to open up if anyone leaves. There are more people living in the apartments than supposed to. I’ve seen families of 5 in a one bedroom. Also 6 college students in a one bedroom. This means more cars than parking spots. I’m not sure if the management team is aware and proactive about it or can do something about it. I never had many issues besides that. Once the maintenance man was convinced that I over flowed the tub when I didn’t. It took him a while

My roommates and I lived here for a years time. And one thing we really appreciated is the excellent management team. We have lived in a series of apartments throughout our college years and within all of those this complex was the only one with a team that kept record of everything, let us know ahead of time of any changes in parking or changes going on within the complex, would send birthday letters, and actually be in the office and available to help. Larry, everyone, thank you!
The price was excellent, considering the surrounding college area. Size per price wise its fantastic.

I have been residing at El Dorado Apartments for about 4 years. I want to say thank you to the staff, and Management for the birthday card. Something so simple as a card was so nice! The community I love, and it is close to the college where my son attends. Great area, and community to live in. The staff works hard, and deserves a 5 star!
